We manage our deliveries utilising Royal Mail. The choice of courier/service is at our discretion with the decision based on the weight of the item(s) and destination. Should you wish to elect a preferred method then please contact us and we will provide you with the additional cost where applicable.
We reserve the right to deliver in multiple consignments; however this will be at no extra cost
Many of our items are sent via services requiring a signature on receipt. In the event that a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us there are two options. The package can be despatched again on payment of the additional shipping cost or a refund will be made, minus any costs to us for the original shipping and return.
Delivery times given are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for courier/postal delays. However, should your order not arrive within the time expected following our notification of despatch, please contact us and we will endeavour to locate your shipment.

Deliveries take 2 to 3 working days from the time of despatch and take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30pm.
Football souvenirs - Football souvenirs will be sent to UK ONLY, unless contacted for additional postage rates based on weight.
Lingerie Products Please note, that due to the nature of the lingerie industry, where very little is manufactured in the UK; the products we offer are imported from the USA. Although UK stocks are obviously kept, if items go out of stock, especially at busy times of the year, timescales are extended as to when items are restocked. Therefore, depending on stock availability, delivery can take up to 14 working days. If this happens, the order will be placed on hold for a back-order. Under such circumstances, you can advise us if you would like to wait, or cancel the order accordingly.
European Deliveries: 1st item £4.50 – Additional items £2.00

Any person purchasing our products from outside of the UK is the importer to that destination and is responsible for all taxes and/ or special duty payments on all of the products ordered.
We are not responsible for delays in the delivery or customs.
Delivery
All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.
Delivery time and back orders
Products that are currently in stock are normally dispatched within 24 hours of your cleared payment. In the event that a product has been overlooked, and is currently out of stock, you will be notified of this and we would expect to get your goods to you within 7-10 days.
Damage In transit
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to affect your claim against the carrier.
Shortage
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.
Incorrect Goods
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.
Non deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time scale.
Delivery time and back orders
For orders placed for non stock items received before 2pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday the delivery dates are 4-10 days. We will notify you within 24 hours should an item be out of stock and confirm an estimated despatch date.
Returns
We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact us and inform us of your intent to return the product. Note: We must be notified of items being returned within 24 hours of receipt. The item must be received by us within 14 days.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is suitably packaged and returned. You are responsible for the item until it is received. Note: we do not cover the cost of you returning products.
Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you to confirm our findings and arrange a refund or order a replacement where applicable.
We aim to keep this procedure as straightforward as possible. We will attend to all returns as soon as is practically feasible and do our utmost to make the process as stress-free as we can for you.
